This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Real Car Driving Racing Master (the "Game"), how it is used, and who it is shared with. Please read it before installing or playing.
The Game is published by Spektra Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Spektra", "we", "us", "our"), the data controller responsible for your information.
This policy applies only to the Game. The Game has no user accounts, no login, no in-app purchases, and stores your in-game progress and virtual currency locally on your device. It requires an internet connection to serve ads, load remote configuration, and collect analytics and crash data. We do not operate our own servers that hold a personal profile of you; the data described below is processed by us through the third-party services listed in Section 6.
We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or payment information. The Game contains no in-app purchases, so no billing data is collected. The information collected automatically through the Game and its integrated services includes:

You can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from within the Game's consent settings, and you can control the advertising identifier through your device settings (Section 9).
The Game integrates the following third-party services, which act as independent controllers or as processors and may collect and process the data described above under their own privacy policies:

Additional advertising networks may bid for and serve ads through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform. Each such network processes data under its own privacy policy. We share anonymized, per-impression ad-revenue signals with our measurement and marketing partners to evaluate campaign performance.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the partners listed in Section 6 for the purposes described, and we may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of our users.
We are established in Türkiye. Our partners process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under KVKK and other applicable laws, and by the commitments the partners make in their own privacy policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. These rights are provided, among others, under Türkiye's KVKK, the EU/UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@spektra.games. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Because the Game has no account system, we may ask for your advertising identifier or device information to locate and act on relevant data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Game is not directed to and is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@spektra.games and we will take appropriate steps.
We retain analytics, attribution, ad-interaction, and crash data for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted or aggregated into non-identifiable form. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Our partners retain data according to their own retention policies.
We and our partners use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, seek renewed consent. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
